Adeliada received her Ph.D. in Economics from Drexel University in 2019. In March 2022 she co-founded ConsciESG and Sol-Tellus, with the vision of mainstreaming sustainability integration within the Western Balkans business community. Prior to that she was a lecturer and researcher of Economics at Seattle University. Her expertise lies in mathematical and quantitative modeling with significant implications for economic growth, productivity and policy. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics.
